Why add a brand instead of new dishes?
Delivery apps show customers brands, not kitchens. A biryani brand appears when people search "biryani"; three biryanis on a North Indian menu don't. A second brand from the same kitchen and licence gives you a second shop window on the same apps, using cooks and gas you already pay for.
Do I need a new FSSAI licence for a second brand?
Usually not: the licence is for your premises, and you list each brand under it. Make sure your licence covers the food categories you add, and that the brand name appears on the licence or a modification if your food safety officer asks for it.
What does it cost?
We share pricing on the call. Masala packs are billed by the kg as you order them, so you pay for what you cook.
Who owns the customers?
You do. You run the brand from your kitchen and your platform account; the payouts come to you.
